The system will monitor the edge of entering strip and any position’s change will be transformed into electrolic signal which will be exported to the controller amplifier and compared with preestablished guiding zero signal, if the warp detected, the output will be a relative guiding signal to servo valve which can transform from the electronic signal into magnitude hydraulic power to drive the cylinder for pushing the recoiler and the photoelectronic shelf at rigid fixing each other synchronizily till the photoelectronic sensor’s zero position being superposition with the edge of monitored strip. The coiller will be dapper at the ends after the tracing process repeated.
