Uncoiler Edge Position Control guiding System
¡ñ introduction of system
The system adopt close loop servo control and preestablish the target position of monitoring edge. As the system running, the edging detector monitor the transverse position change of monitored edge and invert into electronic signal then output to the control amplifier. The controller will compare the signals with guiding zero signal, if any deviation signals is detected, the guiding signal of responding will be output to servo valve which convert the signal into high-power hydraulic energy to drive the cylinder to move the uncoiler untill the monitored edge of uncoiler go back to the zero target position.
